Enjoy an outdoor active day with elements of sports, fitness, games, good food, informative nutrition talk and relaxation. This full day of sport and fitness will be fun, will strengthen your fitness and if needed, will put you back into shape. We will also share the main tenets of eating healthy.

Recharge with a fun filled day of healthy activities, away from the routine:

- Up to 7 hours of sports, fun, activities featuring Beach bootcamp, Ball games, Pilates, Indoor Rock climbing, Bike orienteering, Stretching

- Nutritious meals and healthy snacks during the day

- 1-2 Hours discussion about health, fitness and nutrition during lunch and dinner time

- 1 Massage

- Full body skeletal muscle and fat analysis

- Relax at the swimming pool, changing room, showers and steam room at Pan Pacific Singapore

- 12 Hours of fun!

Note: 

(1) Appropriate for all levels of fitness. Our programs are designed to allow our clients to exercise at their own level as opposed to trying to keep up with the fittest or being slowed down by the weakest. Typical profile is someone who used to go to the gym and need a kick start back into fitness or alternatively someone going to the gym 3 times a week and has hit a plateau.

(2) We take clients of all different shapes and sizes.

(3) Your fitness will be assessed by our trainers at the beginning of each of our programs. It’s a fun process and gives our trainers the opportunity to see you general fitness level and where you fit within the group.
