Option 1 - 4 Sessions Package ( 1 Month Validity ) : $108.00
Option 2 - 10 Sessions Package ( 3 Months Validity ) : $250.00

Duration:
Duration for each Yoga class is 75 minutes and duration for each Pilates class is 60 minutes.
Description:

Yoga and Pilates are physical practices that incorporate movement with breath as well as increase one's well-being and awareness to their bodies through mindfulness and focus. Pilates provides the development of core staability and an attention to alignment, helping the Yoga, while Yoga offers a deeper attention to active stretching. Guests may join the breathing technique of Pilates and meditative aspect of Yoga into their daily routine, to help dissipate the stress of their everyday life.


Our yoga and pilates classes are held at a beautiful historical black and white bungalow in a cul-de-sac. The road itself takes you away from the urban chaos of the city centre into the serenity of nature where trees, flowers, clusters of bamboos, butterflies, birds, and occasionally a frog or squirrel might even greet you as you approaches our place.


TYPES OF YOGA


Vinyasa

The word, Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement". Moving from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale, sometimes called Vinyasa Flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. Expect movement, not just stretching. If you enjoy having things a little loose and unpredictable and like to move, Vinyasa is probably right for you.


Power Yoga

A powerful sequence, guaranteed to make you sweat! A series of Asanas (postures) and core exercises to tone up your body and provides you with a vigorous workout! Perfect for those who want to improve on strengthening their body. Come and sweat it out on the mat!


Yin

Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in active style of asana practice. Suitable for all levles of students, Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga. It targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine.


Yin Yang

Yin Yang Yoga blends active and passive energies to bring strength and flexibility through the practice of yoga asana, and a calm mind and relaxed body through the practices of breath work and relaxation techniques. This combination helps you to acheive the perfect balance: a healthy body, a calm mind and a peaceful soul.


Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is most commonly practiced for mental and physical health. It is also the foundation for some other yoga forms, making it a good starting platform for beginners. Excellent for conditioning of mind, body and breath.


Yoga Balance

Yoga Balance focuses on health and wellness at all levels of the body, physical, psychological and spiritual. It focuses on the path of yoga that brings balance to the body and mind. It will calm and focus the mind, improve strength and flexibility.


Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy comprises a wide range of mind or body practices. Ranging from postural and breathing exercises to deep relaxation, yoga therapy tailors these to the health needs of indivioduals. Classes are designed to focus on different body concerns such as neck, back pain, lifestyle and stress etc. It promote all round total health, as well as easing particular medical conditions.


Flow with the Sun

Continuous flow of Sun Salutations integrated with Asanas (postures). It is a systematic and energizing flow designed to ehance energy and flexibility, clears the elimination channels thus helping the body rid itself of toxins. Thoroughly ventilates the lung and oxygenates the blood, refreshes skin, prevents skin disorders, helps reduce fats and improves muscles flexibility, promotes sound and deep sleep, enhances calmness. Experience a revitalizing workout!


YOGA LEVELS


Beginners

A well-rounded, basic yoga practice for beginners or for those wishing to review fundamentals


Level 1 : A moderately paced class which builds strength, flexibility and concentration


Level 2: A more challenging class for those with an ongoing yoga practice. Advance postures and methods of practice will be introduced. Not suitable for beginners.


All Levels : Suitable for all levels. Variations of postures will be introduced to suit one's level and allow progress.

  • Bookings are subjected to schedule and availability
  • As class sizes are limited to 20 pax per class, please remember to reserve your yoga spot at least 24 hours in advance before each class.
  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class begins
  • For personal hygiene, all students are encouraged to bring your yoga mats. You are welcome to leave them at the yoga studio for your convenience
